Crisis Management @ Proximus
I am working since 1992 for Proximus in different operational functions. Since 2010 I am working in a NOC environment for monitoring and first line repair of telco core equipment and of IT infrastructure and applications. Since 2015 I am working as a domain manager for Crisis Management, focussing on technical and communication coordination of major incidents with considerable impact for external and internal customers. Most of the incidents are technical, but we coordinare also reputation, fraude and HR incidents.
