Currently responsible for IT at Media Markt Saturn Holding Polska and globally for Service Management in Madia Markt Technology – global IT provider for the group. Conducted deeply reorganization of polish IT way of working and part of global transformation project. In the years 2012-2015 responsible for creating and then implementing the IT strategy at PLL LOT S.A. co-creator of the success of completely rebuilding LOT Polish Airlines website and creating applications for smartphones and tablets with the so-called technology Cloud Computing. LOT was one of the first airlines in the world to use this method, which was appreciated by Computerworld magazine, which honored the Polish carrier in the „Best in Cloud” competition. Winner of the CIO Diamond „Guardian of the Transformation” in 2014 for the implementation of the IT area restructuring program for whole IT processes in PLL LOT. Several times created and then headed the Shared Services Centers and Global Delivery Center in organizations such as Polska Grupa Energetyczne in 2009-2011, Ciech in 2004-2007, and Ciber in 2016-2017. In many organizations carried out changes and restructuring of the IT function achieving measurable economic and quality effects. Developed and implemented several times – in order to optimize IT solutions and increase the cost-effectiveness of providing IT services – a service model of IT cooperation with business units (including a catalog of services and SLA agreements with relevant parameters of service provision). Was also responsible for the implementation of IT programs and projects, including ERP class solutions. Having experience from working on the other side – IT solutions integrators. Graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Management and Marketing, in 2004 he obtained an MBA diploma at the Manager Training Center at the University of Warsaw, and in the years 2001–2004 completed studies at the Polish-Japanese Institute of Information Technology and the College of Social Psychology
